PLeaseee !!

plisss sumone tell me!! MCMANA MO JADI KURUS ??
(yg tanpa senaman2 segala...dan tanpa menjauhi nasi)??
ada ka cara bgtu?? sy x mampu btl x makan nasi owh :( cmana la ni....takkan sy bgini untuk selama2nya? berpotensi menjadi XXXXL owh sy rasa lama2....tida noh kopio sy suka tinguk cermin. uhuhu. sluar jeans sy pn mcm makin ketat sda owh...susa hati sy. ngrrr...curse my appetite!

sumtimes... (ok ekceli most of the time) i just cant stop eating =.= oh my...
mulut sy x pndai berenti makan.... makannnn makannn makannn... perut beladar btl -__-

bila sy mengeluh "ee sy gumuk sudaaaaaa"...
trus nenek sy ckp "isss agahuiiii-gahui ko pondo noh" (ko kurus2 pun tu)
*mcmnalaa sy ada motivasi mo kurus ni kalo nenek sy sntiasa kasi yakin sy yg sy sbnrnya kurus??*

please sumbody...gimme tips yg tida brpa susa... dont give me tips like JANGAN MKN NASI, or MSTI BERSENAM 20 MINIT SETIAP HARI..etc. (yet i know.its impossible to lose weight if i dont do these T_T)

huhu... (kalo la sy bnyak duit...lama suda sy pg d slimming cntr sprti Slim World, London, Marie France Bodyline, etc etc..) sy bukan mau jadi skinny smpai tinggal tulang2 sma kulit lgi..cukup la sekadar hilang segala lemak2 yg paling setia bertahun2 melakat d badan sy ini.

mode: keinginan untuk kurus yg sangat tinggi! (VS disiplin diet yg hot2 chicken shit T.T)
